Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar local storage technologies used on the AIQENwebsite and the AI Workforce platform (“the Platform”).

We do not currently use third-party advertising, cross-site tracking, or marketing-analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) on our website or in the Platform. The only cookies we set are strictly necessary ones required for authentication and basic security.

Authentication & session cookies

• Set by Supabase Auth when you sign in to the admin console, client portal, or workforce Platform.
• Used to keep you signed in between page loads and to identify which organization and role your session belongs to.
• Strictly necessary — the Platform cannot function without them, and they are exempt from consent requirements under GDPR/ePrivacy rules for this reason.
• Expire automatically based on session length, or immediately when you sign out.

Some parts of the Platform may use your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, but a similar browser mechanism) to remember UI preferences such as sidebar state or theme. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because our only cookies are strictly necessary for sign-in, blocking them will prevent you from staying logged in to the Platform. The public marketing website functions normally without any cookies.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required by law, request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
