Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone using the AIQENwebsite or the AI Workforce platform (“the Platform”), including its AI employees, outreach and messaging tools, workflow automation engine, and integrations hub. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is grounds for content removal, feature suspension, or account termination.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the website or Platform to:

  • Generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications that violate applicable anti-spam law (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR/ePrivacy consent requirements) through the AI SDR, outreach, campaign, or marketing features.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
  • Upload or generate malware, or otherwise attempt to compromise the integrity of the Platform, other tenants’ data, or connected third-party services.
  • Attempt to access another organization’s data, bypass multi-tenant isolation, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our prior written authorization.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the website or Platform outside of the features and APIs we provide for that purpose.
  • Use AI employees or automation features to deceive people into believing they are interacting with a human, in contexts where that would violate applicable law or platform terms of a third-party channel (e.g., email, SMS, or chat providers you connect).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code of the Platform, except to the extent such restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to third parties outside your organization without our written consent, except where your plan explicitly permits client-portal or guest access.
  • Use the Platform to develop a competing product.

3. AI-Specific Use Requirements

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs (assessment reports, drafted outreach, generated content, automated decisions) before relying on them for material business, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.
  • You may not use the Platform’s AI features to generate content that would be illegal to produce or distribute in your jurisdiction, including content that exploits or endangers minors, facilitates violence, or generates malicious code intended to attack third-party systems.
  • Automated outreach, chat, and support features must comply with applicable consumer-protection and consent laws in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located; this is your responsibility as the operator of your organization’s campaigns.

4. Fair Use of Shared Resources

AI credits, API rate limits, email sending volume, and similar shared resources are allocated per your subscription plan. We may throttle or rate-limit usage that materially exceeds your plan’s intended use, degrades service for other organizations, or is inconsistent with the feature’s intended purpose (for example, using the knowledge base’s vector search as a general-purpose data warehouse export mechanism).

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP using our Platform, please report it to hello@aiqen.co with as much detail as possible. We investigate reports and take action consistent with our Terms of Service.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable a feature, suspend an account, or terminate access for violations of this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity, consistent with the termination provisions in our Terms of Service.
